- Do the Bibles include the full Bible text?
Yes, the Bibles in the Budget, Standard, Noted, & Essential Series contain the entirety of both the Old & New Testament.
- Will you offer other Translations?
Unfortunately, all major modern translations are under copyright. So, without licensing I cannot release those translations. I am currently in correspondance with the NIV Publishers concerning licensing and I update as I know information on my Instagram which you can find @biblepaintshop
Also, according to my convictions, I can only offer the original canonized Christian Holy Bible. So, I will not be offering other versions of the Bible.
Follow on Instagram- Why aren't my links working?
Be sure the app you're using supports hyperlinks. Most do, I believe the only ones that don't are MetaMoJi and OneNote, but I don't recommend OneNote for PDF Planning or Bible Journaling and MetaMoJi hasn't received updates in years and is broken since the release of newer iOS updates.
If you're using GoodNotes be sure you're not in editing mode. If you can see the tools across the top bar, you're in editing mode and your links won't work. This is so that you don't click the links while trying to write, draw, or highlight. The tools are located under the Document Title name. If you can see them, look in the top right for an icon that looks like a Pen with a Slash through it. Click that and now you're links will work. Click that same icon to get the tools back later.
GoodNotes Hyperlink Fix Video Snippet- Where can I find tutorials?
You can find tutorials, walk-thrus, and other useful videos on my YouTube Channel
YouTube Channel- Why didn't my download email come?
Downloads pop up immediately on the screen after you purchase. However, you may have entered your email incorrectly. But, not to worry! We can update this for you and even send you an invite to create an account if you didn't at the time of purchase! Once you have created an account you never lose access to your downloads, they will always be available in your account :)
- What devices will your products work on?
Our products, with the exception of Procreate products which only work on iPad, will work on any Android or iPad tablet providing they have access to the Play Store or App Store. Please check that the apps recommended in the "Apps" tab above are available in your app store.
If you have a Kindle tablet or similar device, it should work on your device providing it has access to the app store and you can download the Android apps listed in the "Apps" tab above.
I am not aware of programs for Chromebooks at this time. Microsoft Surface Pro users can use Xodo, however it's not an easy app to learn and it's not well laid out so I personally don't recommend it. Windows users can use it with PDF annotating apps such as Acrobat Reader. However, in order to annotate on Acrobat Reader you need to have an Adobe Subscription, which can be pricy. I have found free PDF Annotating apps on Windows, however I haven't had the time to test them yet.
